Tina has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education from Penn State University. She has over twenty years of experience in education and has been with Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. for over ten years. Tina is an Education Supervisor and works closely with classroom staff . She has happily resided in Tioga County for over 22 years with her husband and two children.
