GOAL 1

Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. will develop systems and services that address the diverse needs of all families.  
OBJECTIVE: Promote relationships respectful of each individual's unique needs including culture, language and those experiencing trauma to eliminate barriers.


GOAL 2
Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. will prepare children and families so that they are successful in the school setting.
OBJECTIVE: Increase overall child and school readiness outcomes

GOAL 3

Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. will support families in their child's growth and development.
OBJECTIVE: Increase children’s attendance and positive parent-child relationships
OBJECTIVE: Continue a trauma-informed approach to better support families and children                                                                                                                OBJECTIVE: Increase children’s overall health


GOAL 4

Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. will provide and maintain an efficient, productive, reliable and accessible Information Technology infrastructure. 
OBJECTIVE: Investigate how technology can be integrated into the program and determine how to improve its effectiveness within the program. 


GOAL 5

Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. will have an infrastructure that supports and facilitates all aspects of the organization.
OBJECTIVE: Employ and retain staff that are skilled, meet required certifications and professional growth
OBJECTIVE: Develop steps to create an independent, self-sustaining program that is fiscally responsible

GOAL 6

Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. will be recognized as a leader in the community.                                                                                                              OBJECTIVE: Educate families in the community in understanding the comprehensive services provided BTHS, Inc.
OBJECTIVE: Develop marketing strategies to increase waitlists by 5%                                                                                                                                                              OBJECTIVE: Community partnerships will increase by 10%                                                                                                                                                                                      OBJECTIVE: Increase staff satisfaction and retention
