Kim is the new Assistant Executive Director with Bradford- Tioga Head Start, Inc. She has been employed with Bradford Tioga Head Start since 2005, serving as Education Supervisor, Project and Partnership Coordinator and Education/ State Coordinator. Kim is a graduate of Mansfield University with Certifications in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. Kim serves as a Professional Development Specialist with the CDA council. She is active in the community volunteering with sports booster clubs, as well as serving as Children’s Ministry Director within her church. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, watching local sporting events, or enjoying the beauty of Bradford and Tioga County while hiking.
