Amber’s background includes approximately 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has a B.S. in Human Resources and a minor in Business Administration from Mansfield University. Amber is also a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP). She has provided Human Resources support to the program for over 16 years, including time worked through Laurel Health System as an HR Generalist. Amber has been directly employed by Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc. as Human Resources Manager for approximately 9 years. She loves the family friendly environment and the training and education opportunities offered by the program to help employees grow and develop.
